The Bat-eared Fox is an insect eater. The very big ears help to find insects by sound especially termites. The Bat-eared Fox lives in holes in the ground which are dug by Aardvark and other burrowing animals in arid open savanna. It feeds during early morning and during the night. Six young are normally born at a time in Summer.
